CASPA Xtreme respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you visit our website or get in touch with us.
Information we receive
Our website has no sign-up or account system and does not collect your personal details automatically. We only receive your information when you choose to contact us — by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger — or when you use the “Check your CASPA status” tool described below.
Membership & rewards status checker
If you're a CASPA Xtreme member or cashback customer, the website lets you look up your own status. You enter your member code, cashback code, or plate number together with the first name on your account. We use those details only to find your record and show you safe, view-only information — your membership status, expiry date, a masked plate, and your reward-stamp balance. The tool is read-only: it never lets anyone change a record, and it never shows phone numbers, addresses, payment history, or other private details. The first-name check is there so only you — not a stranger guessing a code — can see your information.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, answer questions about our car wash services, and arrange your visit. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Third-party services on this site
To make the site work and look good, we load a few standard services from other companies:
- Google Fonts — for the text styling.
- Google Maps — the embedded map that shows our location.
- CASPA membership system — when you use the status checker, the code/plate and first name you type are sent securely to our membership database (hosted on Supabase) to look up your own record. No login, advertising, or tracking is involved.
When these load, Google may receive standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type), as described in Google's Privacy Policy. This site itself does not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
Any messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to assist you, and then removed during normal cleanup of our inbox and chats.
Your choices
You're always free to contact us to ask what information we hold, or to request that we delete any messages you've sent. Just reach out using the details below.
